Vidhi is an aggregator portal for legal knowledge, practices, products, opportunities, online courses, news and resources for lawyers, law students and aspirants through crowdsourcing. This portal is designed for the law fraternity in India and around the world.

Conceived by Adhrit Foundation, the portal is committed to curate updates and information on issues, events, and opportunities in the field of law based on preferential needs to cater and shape the careers of law students. Moreover, the portal is a method and an important means to render benefit for the law fraternity as a community.

This is a completely not-for-profit initiative, and we are on-boarding young lawyers and law students around the world in our team to achieve our vision of promoting quality legal education in the country. In a short span of time, we have been able to publish over 120 blogs and organised over 25 webinars, free of cost.

Currently, We are a diverse team of 75 people based across India. Soon, we will start accepting foreign team members too. The primary responsibility of the Managing Editor and Executive Editor(s) is to create an enabling environment for other team members to realise their true potential and contribute to the portal with best of their abilities.

Unpaid, Part-Time & Work from Home Leadership Positions – Minimum 1 Year Commitment

Managing Editor

Responsibilities: Administering the day-to-day operations of the website. 

This includes 

  1. Planning, assigning, monitoring and editing content on the website & social media; 
  2. Overseeing advertisements, collaborations and editorial calendars; 
  3. Commissioning articles and opportunities from external stakeholders; and 
  4. Policy-making & supervising editorial board members and interns.

Contribution:

  1. Ensure at least 30 articles are published on the portal every month.
  2. Ensure at least 6 Webinars are organised every month.
  3. Write at least 2 articles per month.
  4. Ensure proper coverage on Social Media.
  5. Actively work on collaborations for enhancing brand awareness & promotion with NGOs, Companies/Brands, other like minded organizations.
  6. Ensure the team is motivated to work efficiently by encouraging and mentoring the team members. 

Executive Editor

Responsibilities: 

  1. Organizing, supervising, and participating in the management and development of all the content submitted for publication; 
  2. Preparing operational reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends, and appropriate recommendations or conclusions; and 
  3. Recommending various personnel actions relating to hiring, performance appraisals, promotions, transfers, and schedules.

Contribution:

  1. Review and Publish at least 20 articles on the portal every month.
  2. Organise at least 6 Webinars every month.
  3. Write at least 4 articles per month.
  4. Actively work on Social Media Management.
  5. Actively work on Collaborations for enhancing brand awareness & promotion with NGOs, Companies/Brands, other like minded organizations.
  6. Actively motivate the team members to work efficiently by encouraging and mentoring them.
  7. Support and assign work to Digital & Social Media Editor, Webinar Series Editor, HR Manager, and Collaborations Manager.

  • Must be willing to learn new skills & competencies

  • Flexible Working Hours – 15 Hours/per week
  • Location is not a barrier (Candidates based outside India are also eligible to apply)
